At LumaGlow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include a brief explanation and a clear photo of the issue so our team can review and respond quickly.

If the issue is confirmed as a fulfillment error, we’ll offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement. Replacement orders will ship within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Lost Packages

If your package goes missing in transit, please report it to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

What’s Not Covered

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address
    If an invalid or insufficient address was provided, reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
  • Unclaimed Shipments
    If your package is returned due to being unclaimed, reshipping costs will apply.
  • Buyer's Remorse
    We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse. Exchanges or returns are at your discretion and expense.
  • Customs Rejection
    We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
  • Prepared but Not Shipped
    Orders already accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team cannot be cancelled or refunded—even if not yet shipped.

Refund Timing & Status

If a refund is approved:

  • For card refunds, allow several business days for the payment to appear on your account.
  • If you're still missing a refund after that, contact your bank and credit card provider.
